Gliding through a calm paradise - a Barn Owl hunting for rodent prey

Footballer-turned actor Vinnie Jones has revealed the bird he would most like to be.

Quizzed in a two-page spread about him in The Daily Telegraph newspaper, he is quoted as saying: "I'd be a Barn Owl. 

"I was watching one the other night just before dark when I was out with the dogs. 

"Silent. Hovering above the ground. Nothing wants to attack it. 

"It was majestic. Peaceful. Innocent. Gliding through a calm paradise."

Jones stars in The Gentlemen, a series to be screened on Netflix from September 3.
