THE Yorkshire Wildlife Trust has today put out the following statement in response to the spread of coronavirus:

In line with the recent government advice about Coronavirus, our visitor centres at Potteric Carr nature reserve and Spurn National Nature Reserve remain open, and we are continuing to run our events as normal.

We are of course being extraordinarily vigilant in regards to cleanliness, and will be reviewing our position regularly.

We will update this page as soon as we receive any new information or guidance.

We ask that all supporters and visitors take sensible precautions, and respect and support each other, our staff and our volunteers.

Any updates to our position will be published on our website.

Thank you for all your support, and please take extra special care out there.
