Two bird paintings by Yorkshire-based wildlife artist Carl Whitfield are among those due to go under the hammer at a sale, entitled Affordable Art, to be staged on November 20 by Scarborough-based David Duggleby. One (above) depicts Grey Partridges sheltering in snow, while the other is of Red Grouse in a rocky valley. The pre-sale guide price for both is £100 - £200.
